1. General
The Rettu Clothing online store is operated by Rettu Clothing Oy (business ID: 3514443-4).
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website and online store. By using the website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Products and prices
All prices include value added tax (25.5%). We reserve the right to change prices and product information and to correct obvious pricing errors.

3. Ordering
Orders are placed through the online store. Orders are confirmed by email once payment has been approved.
Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order.

4. Payment
Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment service provider and payment service operator in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

5. Delivery
We deliver products in Finland according to the selected delivery method. Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days.

6. Returns and refunds
Customers have a 14-day right of return. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
The refund will be paid using the original payment method once the return has been processed.

7. Complaints
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us by email as soon as possible. We will resolve the situation quickly and fairly.
